Blondie: the result

Hey lovelies!!

So I finally bit the bullet and return to my beloved blonde do, I have to say I'm so pleased with it and it still feels in good condition which is a definite plus as that was one of my main worries

So I will be able to see if blondes do indeed have more fun as I now have a recent direct comparison!

and if worse comes to worse I will return to my ombre roots....literally!

It was a very long process 4 hours in total as the colour didn't initially go the desired tone the first time round so the foils went back in and after another cup of tea and some toner and voilà we got there in the end!

Style crush: Isabel Lucas

My new style crush has to be the beautiful Isabel Lucas of transformers fame, she has amazingly eclectic natural style and seems to channel the 70's into all of her outfits.

I love her laidback look at coachella (last 2 pictures) and now having looked at the photos for quite a while I really want to look like a hippy too! I think if I tried to pull it off it may come off more looking tramp like sadly!

In other news I got my hair dyed blonde again at the weekend so I will upload some piccys soon am just trying to get used to it at the moment as it feels really strange being blonde again!!

And here it is finally some piccies from my lovely day at the westfield, where I took part in there blogger comp, as I've said before I had a really lovely day, I was lucky enough to have my hair and make up styled for the photos which was such a nice experience.

The make up artist Samantha was absolutely lovely and amazing!! The competition was a really fun experience and westfield was absolutely amazing though I think I would need at least 2 days to get around all the shops as it is absolutely huge!!

Absolutely manic......

Just a quick little post in way of explanation, I will do a more detailed post about my lovely day at Westfield I'm afraid I literally am manic workwise at the moment so havent yet got round to it. Its on its way though I promise!

The picture to the right is the final image from the blog competition (feeling the 70's vibe that day!!) obviously I'm really new to blogging so I'm not expecting anything, It was a great day and a nice way to discovery new blogs and have people discover mine that said but every Like or Tweet really does mean alot to me :)

Westfield pics and blogger competition

Here is a quick post of yesterdays Westfield haul. Despite the Lanvin Scarf which I love, I think the thing I am most excited about is the Company highstreet edit, which I so wish was a monthly magazine. I absolutely love it and now have my eye on about £1000 worth of clothes....if only!!

The Umberto Giannini products I have yet to try, but I have heard nothing but rave reviews about the backcomb in a bottle so I cannot wait to try it. I'm really interested to try the dry shampoo as I've tried loads of different types and only really liked bastiste as it seems to actually work!

The Lanvin Scarf was right at the bottom of the bargain bin and was still full price but I love it -starting to have a real thing for scarfs again. I have hundreds of the things turning into a mountain in my room!!

I also grabbed new perfume as I wanted a change for spring. I've opted for Boss Orange which I really like, feels so summery! I bought an Aztec skull ring from topshop which I love but can't seem to get a good close up at the moment so bear with me I'll try to get it in my next outfit post.

During my day at Westfield I was really lucky and had my hair and make up done professionally and my photo taken for there S/S 2011 blogger competition -below is a link to the competition:
